Brett Keane wants to start it up again

It has been at least two years since Brett Keane and I have parted ways.  I see no need for him to start it up again but looks like he isn't happy unless he is fighting with someone over trivial bullwinkle on the internet. Those who know his past know that Brett Keane loves to rewrite history as he believes that his audience is to lazy to check the facts.

It was a response to the inflamatory video by Brett Keane and I listed each lie one by one documenting links to evidence when I had them.  Sadly not everything could be documented as I no longer had YouTube videos on my channel but thankfully someone else has copies.

I don't know why YTLulzTheater decided to step up and take time out of his day to post these two videos but I do thank him.  One small correction though, I contest the claim that Corky served as nurse to my medical needs.  First that claim was debunked in my video Defending Myself Against Accustations.  Second, I only fell ill in the final month we lived together.  When I was not able to work, he spent most of his days at the FreedomsPhoenix building, or at acting classes.  However it is a minor point and irregardless I do thank you for putting together these two videos.

FYI after I posted my blog, Brett removed his video.  I was not able to get a copy so if someone can send a message to YTLulzTheater and ask him to post a copy somewhere on the internet so I can embed it to my blog I would be thankful.

Listing the lies: Pwnage should not be this easy

The safest place in the world is between Brett Keane and the truth.  It is a void of empty space and it covers a great distance.  Anyway, in retaliation for a message I asked a mutual friend to pass on, Brett decided to post a video with the hope of pulling off two goals.  One, make himself look good and make people forget what they saw with their own eyes.  The second, to make himself look good in the only way he knows how, by tearing down others more popular than he is.  (Such as he did with his recent attempt with AronRa, which may warrant a blog of it's own, unless someone else steps in.)  Anyway, as par for the course, Brett relies on his audience not spending 30 seconds to check the facts.  So here they are.  The full list of lies Brett managed to fit into 12 minutes and 33 seconds

Guess who I talked to

I was chatting with people on skype last night when I was invited to a Google Hangout.  Because I am not allowed on YouTube I was not able to participate.  So I called in via skype, it did produce an echo, but for the most part I was audible.

Halfway into the chat, Nick Bravo came in.  I don't think he was aware that I was in the call.  I muted my microphone.  He did drop my docs a few times in the call, it is in his nature to do so after all.  I responded by occasionally cracking jokes in strange voices.  

Eventually I began using my real voice and it became obvious who I was.  However he did not lash out at me as he had previously done in other group calls.  Typically, when I was in a Google hangout and he joined in he would start in with me right away.  This time he didn't.  Perhaps it was the subject matter of the Google Hangout.  Our broadcast was essentially a de facto support group for former friends of Brett Keane.

For those new to the situation, Brett Keane has decided to turn his back on a whole group of friends, anyone who does not share his belief in a god.  It doesn't matter which god they worship.  It can be the Christian God, or the Muslim Allah, or any number of the pagan gods.  You simply have to believe in a god. http://happycabbie.blogspot.com/2013/09/on-brett-keanes-new-theist-belief-system.html  I swear I am not making that up.  Read for yourself.

Needless to say, Brett does what he is known for, going through friends as if they were disposable tissues. You really can't blame a scorpion for stinging you.  It is a scorpion after all.  Really the only ones who can be blamed are those who knew the dangers, and played with fire anyway.  To be honest however, after this latest round of backstabbing that he did to those most loyal to him, it actually amazes me that there are people still willing to be his friend.  Do they honestly expect not to get burned.  Sadly I know the answer, it is yes.  Each of the few friends he has left know full well how their friendship with Brett Keane will end.  All they can hope for is that the stab in the back is quick and painless.

In the call we each told our story of how Brett turned on us.  We had some laughs.  We even had a sense of camaraderie even among people who normally would be enemies.  Such as Nick and myself.

A person who used you as a weapon to attack me, during a time he was claiming to be my friend, now wants to take up your Friday night wants your valuable time.

A person who posted nude photos of you on the internet without your knowledge or consent and tried to justify this abhorrent behavior because you told him to drop dead is only interested in the traffic your channel will bring to him.

Here is a person who just in the past two days has turned his back on the few friends he has left on YouTube simply because they are atheists.  (He is now a theist but has rejected the Christian label)

On Brett Keane's new Theist belief system.

Recently, Brett Keane came out as a theist.  For the past ten years he was a very vocal atheist and has put out countless videos against religion.  Over the past week he has announced several things.  First that he now believes in God and has evidence for it, second he cites errors in the theory of evolution, and finally that he is parting ways with non-believers and ending friendships with anyone who is not a believer in God and or those who join in Google Hangouts with people who are critical of him and or his friends.  The videos will be embedded below along with my opinion of this.

Vlograys vs Brett Keane

This blog post really isn't so much about giving my opinion as essentially I have none.  Rather the purpose of this blog is to archive in one place the videos these two made about each other.  I don't really have an opinion on Vlograys as we have not interacted that much.  I am aware of several videos he made critical of me prior to his inclusion of the Onision Debate where I was moderator.  He even commended me on my professionalism in how I treated everyone even though he made some videos critical of me.  I also recently assisted him with filling out a counter-notice after he deleted the video in question.  As of the timing of this blog I have not heard back from him on that.  Of course most of my readers are aware of the history with Bret Keane and myself, the good and the bad.

Playing With Fire

I don't really have a right to complain here do I.  Back in 2012 when Brett Keane and I first became friends there were many who tried to warn me against doing so.  If I decide to keep a scorpion as a pet I should expect once in a while to get stung.  I should expect no less then when I willingly ignored sound advice and became friends with Brett Keane.

So today Brett again ended the friendship

Big surprise right?  How can I participate in such a discussion as Brett Keane describes it?  How can I be so vile to do such a thing?

AgentofDoubt Ends The Truce?

Today I logged on and found a new video about me today from AgentofDoubt and below is the video embedded.



He also linked to this BLOG POST of the skype conversation between himself and Brett Keane.  Now the issue between these two people isn't really any of my business and I am not really going to take sides.  However, he did mention me in the video.  For those who do not know, AgentofDoubt and myself had a bit of an issue last week.  The issue was a comment left on my video seen here in this screen shot.

It turns out PwnageAlstars is a colab channel that AgentofDoubt is in.  I found this out later in a skype conversation.  Anyway my reply is based on a video he did a few weeks ago when he posted a video and included this text in his video description.

My confession, Brett Keane Extortion

I must confess a dark secret. It has recently come to light that YouTube staff regularly has skype calls with Brett Keane as they have no choice but to comply with his demands. I don't know how Brett Keane managed to get this dirt he has on me and those in the YouTube home office but for the past year Brett Keane has been extorting us all. If we fail to comply with his demands to remove content per his requests he will post the dirt to his website of over 1,000 members.

Bismark violated copyright.

Well the talk of the tubes today is a leaked skype conversation between Brett Keane and Jdubs. Not sure who recorded it or who leaked it nor do I care. What I do care about is clearing up an accusation made against me that I somehow flagged a user called Bismark.

Let me make this clear. I did no such thing. What did happen is that Bismark uploaded a video made by Brett Keane featuring his children. Brett asked me if I thought a DMCA was warranted. I saw the video and in my opinion it was. The audio was changed on the video, however the visual was 100 percent Brett's content. One of the tests of fair use is the amount and substantianability of the content in relation to the whole. In this case it was 100 percent.

Now Brett Keane is famous for abusing the DMCA to censor critics but recently he has been asking for my opinion. In most cases I tell him it is fair use and while the content is offensive there is nothing he can do about it. In this case however, Bismark clearly violated copyright and a DMCA was issued against him. This resulted in his channel being shut down.

While that is unfortunate, I don't have that much sympathy for someone who sinks so low as to involve a man's kids in a petty Youtube feud. When Brett Keane did it I raked him over the coals for it, when ItsTheSuperlfy did it with Jezuzfreek777 I did the same thing to him.

As far as Brett claiming that I went and flagged a bunch of videos for him, I think he is froot loops. If I were to flag videos, wouldn't I flag ones made about me?

It appears the saga never ends.

Update: Someone made new video on this subject and the only thing I can say is either this user is lying, or that he is ignorant of the facts. I of course, always have proof and facts on my side.



First off, I take issue with the term "authorize Brett Keane" to do anything. He contacted me, and asked my advice and I gave it to him. Brett Keane is his own person and is responsible for what he does.

Second this user is either lying or is ignorant of what the video Bismark actually put up. The video that Bismarket put up, that I reviewed and advised Brett to file a copyright claim on DID feature his kids. In fact the video is still in my YouTube history. Here is a screen shot.



Now what was in this video? Exactly what I said it was. The visual was 100% Brett's content. The audio was changed and in my opinion it was copyright infringement. In fact if you don't believe me you can see Bismarket and I discuss the video in question down below.







So if Bismarket agreed to take down the video, how did he get a DMCA for it? Simple, he got mad and decided to put it back up.

Now did Brett file DMCAs on other videos? Who knows. All I know is Bismarket violated copyright in this case and this is the video I advised Brett to take down. Bismarket originally agreed to take it down but he later decided to put it back up and it got a copyright strike. So I think this 10Phoenix01 needs to get his facts straight or perhaps actually talk to this Bismarket fellow because certainly Bismarket would know which videos were taken down.

AsheIsTheRaven doesn't want me talking to people he doesn't like

11 days ago a user known as AsheIsTheRaven began following me on twitter and has been hounding me ever since. Here is the screen shot of his following me date.

He began following me after I uploaded a video of a peaceful skype conversation with Brett Keane, a person who previously had claimed he was doing everything he could to get me kicked off of YouTube and have my AdSense disabled. Here is where I see a sense of Hypocrisy on AsheIsTheRaven's part. One simple glance at his channel, and you will see that he has no problem posting videos about Brett Keane. However his grief is that I had a peaceful skype conversation.





Now in case you are claiming that this was in the past and that AsheIsTheRaven is no longer posting videos about Brett Keane, then why was this video posted 38 minutes ago


Furthermore when you search the words Brett Keane on his channel, 7 videos pop up. Some of these may be due to having Brett Keane in the tags though but it is clear that AsheIsTheRaven has no problem discussing Brett Keane.

So why is AsheIsTheRaven, now known as FatalError404TV promoting Brett Keane and giving him recognition. Why is it that FatalError404TV can make about Brett Keane but I can not have a skype conversation. Furthermore, where was FatalError404TV last month when I was making several videos towards Brett Keane asking him questions. Why did he only get upset when I had a civil discussion with Brett Keane that he all of a sudden go on a tizzyfit.

I later had a discussion with him on BlogTV about this and sadly he was not able to make a valid point other than claim that it was NOT about the skype conversation but yet he was not able to explain why he only got upset when the skype conversation was posted.

Then out of the blue AsheIsTheRaven started tweeting at me again and I eventually logged on to skype attempting to figure out what I had done this time to upset him. Here is our exchange

Rith is pissed for the right reason, napalm, everyone else. No more games cabbie, real people here, real fucking people and you just cared about bad videos about you. good bye

Where here is my question to you then AsheIsTheRaven, where where you when Brett Keane was threatening my AdSense. Where where you when Brett Keane was threatening to try and flag me down. I will tell you where you were, nowhere. Why should you be. The issue was between Brett Keane and myself and did not concern you. I am not subscribed to you or Brett Keane so obviously I would not be aware of anything going on between you. Brett Keane should not have tried to take your children away from you, I agree, however I don't know the facts on that case. Obviously I wouldn't get involved.

Now when Brett Keane did accuse someone else of child abuse see the blog post here I did know the facts and I called him out on it. As far as me ignoring him I have done nothing more than you or anyone else had been doing at that time. Brett Keane was NOT being ignored as you previously claim on twitter. If you don't believe me all you have to do is ask Napalm and he will tell you that he was making videos almost every day about Brett right up until he closed his channel. Furthermore you posted a video 38 minutes ago.

So if you want to have a peaceful discussion I am more than welcome to speak to you but your childish and selfish behavior is that of a 10 year old who just can't get his way. Rather than conduct yourself as an adult you seem to be content to shout and throw tantrums like a child.

Helping Brett Keane with his image?

Almost everyday I search YouTube for my name to see if any new videos are made. Lo and behold Brett Keane made one to me, basically a follow up from our BlogTV discussion. I can honestly say that Brett Keane is a mystery to me. It is either he completely does not understand why so many people don't like him, or that he chooses to ignore those reasons. I actually Answered Brett Keane's Question last year

Brett Keane posted a video today responding to my question. Essentially my question was how he could justify his presence on a website whose sole purpose is doc dropping, trolling, and harassing other users. So far he has avoided this question. Instead Brett Keane asked me a question that essentially I answered a year ago.



Well here is my answer
